The MACA Ride to Conquer Cancer is a 2 day, 200km cycling fundraiser benefitting Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. This year’s Ride to Conquer Cancer is taking place on the 21st & 22nd October 2017 starting and finishing at McCallum Park in Perth with overnight camping in Mandurah. In order for this event to happen we require passionate Crew members throughout the weekend and would love the Grey Nomads support!

CREW join us for the full two days of the event weekend! The Crew experience includes camping overnight in Mandurah, all amenities, all meals, all transportation and a Crew t-shirt!!! There is a $25 registration fee for all event participants that goes to Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research and helps to cover the crew package!

Our Crew have the best time, in teams on the route or at camp in Mandurah, the main goal is to help and cheer on our participants during their cycling journey. The Ride has truly turned into a community, where everyone shares a common goal – to find a cure. There is a camp show on Saturday night and a bar where everyone can chill out after a big day working the event! It’s the perfect social activity doing something different!

If you can’t commit to the full weekend, you can always volunteer in Perth for 4-6 hours!!!

If you’d like to be involved please contact Mel at 0435 407 255 or or register on the website at
