Small cattle station requires couple to work for coming season. We need a cook for only two permanent people, and occasionally the owners and visitors also the keep of the houses and gardens. Also in need of an all rounder that can help in fence repairs basic cattle yard repairs and cattle work, the property is very picturesque. We are looking for someone to do some renovations on a 3br house. The house requires the bathroom to be done up, doors to be fixed, kitchen cuppords to be fixed. The house may require a new ceiling as the roof has been leaking as well as some cracks in the brick work and just some general matiance as no one has lived in it for a while. The cattle property is located 125 km east of Alice Springs on the Ringwood Numery road, about 30 km of bitumen and the rest is dirt. The Remote Area Health Corps (RAHC) is seeking registered nurses, GPs, dental and allied health professionals with the flexibility to fill short term placements in remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. Placements are paid and range from 3-12 weeks.

Darwin region (revised 2/8/11; ongoing help needed)
We are a small pet care facility on a 5 acre block on the outskirts of Darwin, catering to short and long term care of cats, dogs, birds and other small furry pets. Help is needed from September. Travellers with a caravan and pets who wish or need to stay in Darwin for a few months are welcome to stay on site at no charge in exchange for about 20 hours per week help looking after the pets or gardening. There is a fenced caravan site on the block with a pad for the annex and a grassed yard for your pet.
