Newton Brothers Orchards is a family-run business established 1929 in Manjimup, Western Australia. We seek reliable, hard-working people who are keen to help pick our crop and stay for the whole season. We hire for our summer crop thinning, which is from mid-November to mid-January, then again for apple season, from mid-late February until early June. If a longer stay is more your game, why not come in November and stick with us right through until June? The only catch is we like to give you a short holiday from about mid-January to mid-February, while we wait for the apples to ripen. Semi retired or retired couple (or single) wanted to work for us this tourist season from May 27th onwards. Work mostly involves some cooking, housekeeping, meeting and greeting guests (front of house work), restaurant and bar work. There is also some light maintenance work available from time to time. We are located in the middle of the West Kimberley inside a million acre conservation park so there are gorges and swimming holes for you to enjoy on your days off.
