We bought this motorhome for the sole purpose of doing the lap of Australia which we did and covered >18,000km. We are travelling from the Sunshine Coast to Sydney and back departing Tuesday 29/10 until around 10/11 so we can arrange inspection along the way if required.
It did not miss a beat mechanically or within the living area. It is extremely comfortable and easy to drive. We kept a fuel log App and achieved great economy around (10l/100k). The vehicle has done around 57,500kms at the time of writing. They are almost all “long k’s” ie not a lot of city driving. We bought the vehicle from another couple who also did the lap also without any problems. It is in excellent condition.
There have been no mechanical issues at all and we have all the service records. The Winnebago living section was inspected by a professional before we bought the vehicle and this report is available to view. All service documentation comes with the vehicle.
Still has 12 months factory MB warranty, new tyres fitted before our trip, new house battery. Also Tow bar and electrics.
Lots of extras that we didn’t need, eg. air compressor, jack pads; battery jump starter.
