Both my wife and i are in our seventies and are still very fit and active, but feel the cold in winter and are looking (and hoping ) to spend the Perth winters somewhere North of Carnavon in Western Australia. where the temperatures are warmer then in Perth in winter, we have a late model Jayco  24 feet caravan and we will be happy to spend 4  months away from Perth’s cold weather in our caravan while either Volunteering or helping or house sitting. From June to the end of September.
