Carbean Camping is located in naturally shaded bushland adjacent to a large dam at the eastern end of the Goondiwindi Regional Council near the headwaters of the Macintyre Brook. Being located on a long established family Traprock grazing property, the spacious campsite is 75km from Warwick or Inglewood and 16km from the Cunningham Highway near Karara. The area is serviced locally by the Karara Tavern and Gore Roadhouse.
Non-powered campsites with access to bush toilet, shower and non-potable water cater for self-contained and bush camping needs. Firewood is provided, pets under control are welcome to enjoy freedom.
When enough is enough, Carbean Camping is a peaceful and relaxing place to park, pause, recharge and enjoy the abundant birdlife, wildlife, walking tracks, fossicking, awesome sunsets, campsite chats, local history and the night sky……
$25 per night per couple all year round with the seventh night of stay free.
