The week-long Beef Australia program focuses on all facets of the beef sector with an action packed program of activities and celebrations from cattle competitions and property tours to cooking and butchery demonstrations, live entertainment … and beef cooked every which way. The Rockhampton Showgrounds are the focus of most activities as the whole are comes alive for the highly-anticipated festival. While this year may be a little different due to the impacts of Covid, the event traditionally caters for over 100,000 visitors, including in excess of 1,200 international delegates.
