Looking for a mature couple/single with a van to caretake a little hobby farm. Access to power and water and potentially a laundry toilet if required. Will need to keep the property and gardens, feed the two dogs, chooks and ducks, and be competent with horses as there are two horses in competition that require rugging and feeding. Any resources to keep the property and animals are paid for. With the right people/person the stay could be long term as the plans for a granny flat in the shed are being finalised and could have the option to move in there. The main house is occupied by my partner and I but both work away.
