I have space available on my 6 acre property for anyone interested in land in the Snowies region to park your tiny home / caravan / campervan / motorhome etc. Parking is available on the one acre residential lot which is also shared with my house (a historic converted church). Land use is free in exchange for help feeding the animals (2 horses, a dog and a cat) approx. 1-2 days a week when I need to go into Canberra for work. Water and electricity connections can be discussed for longer stays. Pets may be considered. Beautiful views over the mountains. Some snow in winter. 5mins walk into town, 25mins drive to Cooma, 1.5 hours drive to Canberra, 1 hour drive to the coast or snow.
