Kauppila Pty Ltd are an award-winning residential / commercial building and Plant Hire business operating on Kangaroo Island with both site construction and central facilities-based modular construction operations delivering quality projects around the island. They have a strong order book and are looking for additional staff to assist them with their workload which includes a major Government Project over the next 5 months – and possibly beyond.
To be considered for a role you will need to be fully licensed, as well as being able to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record in carpentry and general building
• Ability to work efficiently, maintaining a clean working environment
• Ability to work in a team environment and individually
• Ability to work with and develop Apprentice skills and experience
• Attention to detail
• Customer focus and professional communication skills
• White card
• Current valid driver’s license
• Proven ability to undertake manual/physical work
• Proficiency / Tickets and experience in operation of wide range of plant & equipment
