A family owned and run transport and turf business is seeking a self-contained caretaker (single or couple) to live on-site in their own van.
Duties include mowing, tractor work, spraying, weed control, parts runs and general maintenance, approximately 1–4 hours each morning.
Power, water and some diesel are supplied. Peaceful rural setting, an easy drive to Broome.
Would suit retired farmers, tradespeople or handy nomads looking for a relaxed base and friendly environment. Prefer no pets, but open to discussion.
