RELIEF COOK – 4 WEEKS FROM AROUND THE LAST WEEK OF MARCH
We are Gladstones one & only Award-Winning Brewpub located in the beautiful Southern Great Barrier Reef region.
This position is suited to someone with past experience in a pub/cafe kitchen. We have a fun Brewpub menu & are open from Tuesday to Saturday. This is an autonomous role & full training of our menu will be provided.
Kitchen Hours are Lunch 12 – 2.30pm & Dinner 5.30 – 8pm.
Dinner shift times start at 5 pm – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday. Lunch shifts are negotiable.
We are a local family-owned business & run with a very small team who are passionate about providing the best service, freshest food, best in class wines & spirits & our fresh Award-Winning Beers that are brewed on site.
Remuneration is negotiable for the successful applicant.
