We are seeking a responsible, self-sufficient caretaker with their own caravan to live on and care for our beautiful 1-acre property in the Noosa Hinterland for approximately 12 months.
This is a unique lifestyle opportunity ideally suited to a retired or semi-retired individual or couple who enjoy a peaceful setting, take pride in maintaining a property, and are happy to lend a hand when needed.

Your Role:
In exchange for free accommodation, we are looking for someone who will:
– Maintain the grounds (mowing, gardening, whipper snipping, hedging and general upkeep)
– Care for and monitor the swimming pool
– Keep an eye on the property overall
– Provide occasional assistance to tenants renting the home (e.g. being a helpful on-site contact if needed)
About You:
– Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive
– Strong attention to detail and takes pride in presentation
– Practical, with good common sense
– Experienced and confident with gardening, mowing (ride on and push mower), whipper snipping, hedging, and pool care
– Friendly and approachable, while respecting privacy and boundaries
We will be overseas supporting elderly parents, so it’s important to us to find the right person who will treat the property with care and provide peace of mind during our absence.
Start Date: Mid to end of May
Duration: Approx. 12 months
