I am a single Mum (50 years young) and I have a leased commercial / residential property right in town. Good opportunity for someone to explore the Whitsunday’s!
It is a quite area with only shops and sheds surrounding so it is very private. The property is 1/2 an acre with a large Queenslander house at the front of the property where my son and I live with a couple of boarders and out the back is the commercial sheds with the hardstand area composing of some grassed area and then concreted for most.
Recently due to restrictions, I now can’t move forward with my original plan for the rear of the property which until 2 months ago I was subleasing and gave the tenant a mutual early release on his sublease so now I am in a bit of a race in time to get other things happening on the property to generate the income needed.
So, I am looking for any help that people maybe able to offer. 15 hours in return for a caravan / motorhome or even camper site. There is plenty of room on the property for a large caravan even possibly two if you are travelling with friends. Electricity, water, toilet at the rear of the property and there is the bathroom you can use in the main house.
There is even a covered shed that you can park the van if you prefer and also you are welcome to give your van or car a wash while you are here.
I was already behind on my multiple projects and some general maintenance so there is many different tasks that could be performed depending on your ability and preference. It ranges from, general property maintenance, moving furniture and items, cleaning setting up workshop/office, car repairs, older caravan that needs repair and even my son’s go-kart which I haven’t had a chance to get back to and more!
