We are offering a “work in exchange for accommodation” opportunity, at a private campground in the Daintree Rainforest of Far North Queensland. Our place is known as Australia’s most beautiful campground. Located 15klms north of the Daintree River on Cape Tribulation Road.
Starting as soon as you can get here, to be ready for our winter tourist season…June to October.
- WHAT YOU WOULD BE EXPECTED TO DO….2 hours unpaid cleaning each day (10 am to 12 noon) ….. cleaning new, modern bathrooms, laundry and camp kitchen.
- WHAT YOU WOULD GET….We provide onsite accommodation in an airconditioned caravan plus giant annex with private tropical style kitchen, shower and living space. Power, water and wifi included. Or you can park your van onsite.
- YOU WILL NEED…Your own income, either self funded or income support, as this is a work in exchange for accommodation arrangement. You will also need your own transport as there is no public transport here and we are considered to be remote.
- SORRY…NO PETS……as we are in a national park.
Singles, couples and slow travellers are encouraged to apply. Nearby tourism businesses have said that they can provide paid work too, if you need.
