3-Bed Fully Furnished Manager’s Unit provided
LOCATION: Beaumaris East Coast Tasmania
POSITION TYPE: Live-in Caretaker Role/Volunteer Work Exchange
Would consider 88 day visa applications as Beaumaris qualifies for Remote Area Work.
Award Rates paid for any excess hours worked.
COMMITMENT: 3-5 months
START DATE: Mid-Sep or earlier
ABOUT SURFSIDE: I operate a 10 room motel with a restaurant & bar in a the town of Beaunmaris overlooking the beach approx 13 kms from St Helens
THE POSITION: Mostly bar & restaurant service
Check-ins & room servicing.
Some general maintenance.
HOURS WORKED: Approx.15 hours per week. The bar/restaurant is closed on Mon & Tues Open 4pm 4-7pm (approx) Wed, Thurs & Fri. and noon-8 pm (approx) Sat & Sun.
Later opening hours often on Fri & Sat evenings
Room changeovers mornings
REQUIREMENTS: Reliable, trustworthy and a warm & welcoming attitude towards travellers & guests
