Approx 35 minutes to the local town St Helens on east coast of Tasmania and about the same distance to Scottsdale further to Launceston near 2 hours. Great to have someone a bit robust help with mowing bit of a tug of war as I like mowing too. A bit of a handy man would be an advantage. There is enough land to have your own hobbies or gardening.
