We are looking for some trades to do a few jobs around the house and shearers quarters for September/ early October
Builder- checking in door hardware ( handles, door bolts etc), replacing a door jamb from termite damage, hanging two bathroom mirror cabinets onto the wall, installing plaster cornice into laundry and possibly the odd job here or there.
Electrician- installing 5 ceiling fans into shearers quarters, and 5 bayonet light fixtures, fitting off some lights at the house.
Plumber- Installing two toilets (rough in already done, one to be removed), fitting off an old timber sink to a waste and possibly install an outdoor shower,
Painter- Paint skirting boards for our living area, paint above cabinetry in laundry, paint 3 sets of french doors, and one lx 4 m sliding door, paint another window.
We are located on the Murrumbidgee River 15 minutes from Darlington Point. We have a powered site with access to water along the river, or plenty of other places you can camp on the property. We are looking for trades that are professional and reliable.
