CARETAKER POSITION
A position is available on a cattle station North of Charters Towers, Nth Qld, for a caretaker/couple.
Duties would include care & maintenance of homestead area & grounds, minor repair jobs, care/feeding animals (when owners are away), basic “handyman” jobs.
Must be honest, reliable, clean & tidy, of sober habits & have good “handyman” skills. This is a permanent position for the right person/couple, ideally suited to a pensioner who would enjoy an interest & keeping active.
Accommodation is provided in a very comfortable 4 bedroom house in established gardens, with all bitumen road access to Charters Towers (1 hour) & Townsville (1 ¾ hours).
