The house on offer is the heritage listed General Managers house at Glen Davis which was a famed processing plant for shale oil. Close by there are the tourist regions of Mudgee and Bathurst. Comfortable house with all modern facilities.
The House is on offer for $490 a week and we can offer you general farm building and mechanical work at $35 per hour . This arrangement provides flexibility so you can work on projects that might be of interest to you. Capertee Valley is about 3 hours west of Sydney en route to Mudgee. There are no shops nearby so you would have to drive into Lithgow or Rylstone to pick dip supplies.
