We’re offering a permanent country lifestyle for a semi-retired truck driver and excavator operator who’d enjoy a few days’ work each week while living on a large and beautiful rural property just 35 minutes from the Gold Coast.
You must have your own caravan to bring with you, as this is your accommodation. You’ll have your own private area on the property to set up a home base. There’s plenty of room to make it your own, with space for a veggie garden, chooks and your pets are welcome too.
The property is home to a small team of friendly, down-to-earth people who enjoy working together and looking after the place. It’s a peaceful environment where everyone lends a hand and respects each other’s space.
The role involves part-time truck driving and excavator operating / earthmoving work, with flexible hours to suit someone who enjoys keeping active without wanting full-time employment.
If you have a partner, there is also the opportunity for her to become part of the arrangement by managing the household for the property’s owner, who is a single gentleman.
