My 68yo partner and I (active 76yo) live on a beautiful 21 hectare property in the Thora Valley, near Bellingen NSW, adjoining Bellinger River National Park. My partner has some health issues that mean she likes to have someone nearby to call on if she feels the need, which happens only rarely. I am a yacht delivery Skipper, but have not been able to work because of her situation. We are looking for someone who would be interested in living on our property, so someone is around while I’m away. Someone with a van would be ideal, but we would consider purchasing a van or similar for the right person. The ideal site is around 50m from our house. We would arrange clean, fresh water and electricity supply, and clothes washing and other facilities would be available if needed in our house, with 24/7 access. We would not charge rent for the right person.
