Extremely sad and distressing, and I’m sure I speak for all caravanners in sharing my sympathy and condolences to the family and friends of the victims.

We passed the terrible around 10.00am yesterday after it happened. It was shocking and distressing to say the least.
All I can say, is to all our caravanning community, please, please… stay vigilant, stay alert, if you don’t feeel right pull over. Most of all please stay safe. It was a scene, I would hate to ever witness again.
My heart goes out to the family and friends of the deceased, also the poor Truckee who was just going about his job of the day but also the emergency services that had to attend these situations all the time.
