A man and woman have been treated by paramedics after a caravan accident on the Dawson Highway near Biloela in Queensland
The caravan apparently detached from its tow vehicle and rolled during a collision with another car. Although details are unclear, it appears as though one of the cars careered off the road following the crash. The caravan ended up on its side.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said a male and a female were treated at the scene of the accident, with the man then taken to hospital. However, it is understood this was purely a precautionary measure.
“He’s experiencing some pain,” the spokesperson said.
The incident occurred earlier today at the intersection of Tognolini Baldwin Rd and Dawson Highway.
The caravan was eventually loaded on to a tow truck and the road cleared.
