One of Australia’s premier festivals of steam, the heart and soul of Steamfest is its impressive assembly of steam trains … but there’s plenty more happening too. There’s live music, roving performances, historic heritage walks, market stalls, steampunkers, and gourmet food stalls. Also on offer are vintage diesel rides and the chance to enjoy a vast display of antique machinery, including traction and portable engines. A Show ‘n’ Shine event will feature over 500 classic cars.
