This week‑long celebration honours 140 years of history, culture and community spirit in the heart of the Gulf Savannah. The majority of activities are free to attend, and are designed to showcase Croydon’s deep history, vibrant culture and welcoming Outback spirit. There will be community celebrations and family‑friendly activities; cultural performances and storytelling sessions; historical tours and heritage walks; live music and entertainment; workshops, exhibitions and interactive displays; and special Gulflander rail journeys.
