This 10-day festival marks the beginning of turtle season on the Southern Great Barrier Reef when Bundaberg’s world-renowned coastline and islands come alive with nesting and hatchling turtles. The program will be filled with a broad variety of events across the region including plenty of live music, breakfasts with the animals, art exhibitions, educational workshops, reef days out and more. The festival also offers a deep dive into local culture with activities like the Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow Tour, Bundy Belle Taribelang River Cruise, Weaving Garden, and Gurang Ghurri Community Cricket Match.
