This mouth-watering festival celebrated the fishing and maritime heritage of North East Tasmania at the start of the scallop season by shining a spotlight on fine local fare and beverages. There will be chef demonstrations, wine master classes, a pie competition, a Scallop Splitters Challenge, as well as some great live music and heaps of fascinating stalls.
