The event was established 20 years ago and has since become regional Australia’s biggest photography event, drawing photophiles from around the globe. Renowned British-Ghanaian fashion photographer and artist, Campbell Addy, will be at the forefront of this year’s festival with a newly conceived set of photographs, original paintings, and a short film shot on location in Ghana. In October, as part of this year’s event, the ground floor gallery of the highly-anticipated National Centre for Photography will officially open in in the heart of Ballarat’s vibrant creative precinct.
