This highly-anticipated event offers a program of immersive food and travel experiences set across one of Australia’s most remote and extraordinary regions. Over 16 days, the festival brings together chefs, growers, fishers, storytellers and cultural custodians across a series of intimate and highly sought-after experiences.

Some of this year’s signature Festival experiences include:
The Plantation Feast (August 22 – Carnarvon).
Fireside Yarns: Land, Sea & Story (August 26 – Gwoonwardu Mia).
Whalebone Hoe-Down (August 29 – Exmouth).
Bullara Station Feast (September 5 – Bullara Station).
Australia’s Last Sunset (September 6 – Dirk Hartog Island).

Running throughout the Festival, the Taste of the Gascoyne Food Trails will invite visitors to explore the region one plate at a time, with eateries across Shark Bay, Carnarvon and Exmouth showcasing signature dishes celebrating local produce and provenance.
