A woman in her 50s is believed to have suffered neck and head injuries after a caravan rollover on the Isis Highway in southern Queensland earlier this week.
Both occupants of the 4WD involved in the single-vehicle accident near Biggenden.were initially taken to Biggenden Hospital by ambulance. A CareFlight helicopter later transferred the woman in a ‘stable’ condition to Bundaberg Base Hospital.
The cause of the crash is unknown.
The Courier newspaper reports that just days earlier, a man in his 50s and a woman in her early 60s were both hospitalised following a different single vehicle rollover on the same stretch of road.
