Our great Grey Nomads adventure into social media is gathering pace. Our number of Facebook ‘Likes’ has soared to well over 200 and we urge all social-media-savvy readers to help us keep the ‘Like’ list climbing. As well as regular news updates, we have started adding Facebook fun posts to our page and have been delighted by the reaction.
Going forward, we hope to be able to offer special deals and promotions to our Facebook ‘fans’. It is an interesting and exciting diversion for us and one we hope you will continue to embrace.
A reminder also that we now have a Twitter page and are keen to accumulate as many ‘followers’ as possible. Don’t be shy … sign up to ‘follow’ us and prepare yourselves for some truly exciting ‘tweets’
Thanks all of you once again for your kind words about our new-look website and Grey Nomad Times newsletter. Our new stickers and stubby holders are disappearing fast from our Shop so please join the party and show your grey nomad colours while out on the road.
Oh, and please let us know if you see one of the new grey nomad stickers out there in the ‘playground’ … as long as it is not as part of planned meeting with a fellow GN. Similarly, if you happen to be sitting around a campfire at some gorgeous spot somewhere and some lucky soul whips out a Grey Nomads stubby holder, please drop us a line or send us a photo.
