Over four days, locals and visitors can indulge in a series of paddock to plate and tide to table experiences that celebrate the food, the heritage and the pristine natural wilderness of the Sapphire Coast. The main event is held on Sunday, March 8, on the foreshore of Merimbula Lake where festivalgoers come together to celebrate the local chefs, cooks and produce of the region.
