This quintessential country show offers everything from a woodchopping competition, vintage tractor pull, and sheep shearing to arts, crafts and plenty of food, drink, and fun. First held in 1946, initially as a gymkhana, with the sole purpose of raising funds to support the ongoing maintenance of the Woodstock Soldiers Memorial Hall, this wonderfully welcoming event has stayed true to its community roots. The show encourages the development of pastoral, agricultural, horticultural, viticulture, industrial and cultural pursuits of Woodstock and the surrounding district.
