Located in village between Tamworth and Manilla, New England area over August and September. Need someone to water gardens, few fruit trees and pot plants, most of which is under tank water irrigation system so needs taps and pumps turned on/off and monitored. Also pool filter check and occasional chlorine added; cover on so no need for pool cleaning. Large yard that usually only needs mowing a few times over winter with the ride on supplied, takes about 2 hours to do. We offer a large 3 bay carport for parking van/motorhome under with rural aspect in addition to power, water, laundry off house, shower and toilet in pool yard. Great neighbours and quiet village. If sitter has a motorhome then also need a car which can be parked under the house carport.
