We have 5 alpacas that need to be cared for, from 6 September to 20 September 2026 (dates can be flexible to a degree) . We live on a 30 acre property near Eudlo in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, approx. 35k from the coast. The alpacas need feeding, their water checked in the morning and to be given some hay around dusk and shut in a shelter. This all amounts to about 30 minutes each day. There is little other maintenance.
Our house includes a separate shower, toilet and laundry at ground level, so a motorhome or medium size caravan will work. Eudlo has 2 cafes, a post office, train station, tennis courts, and a community hall which hosts concerts throughout the year.
