Looking for a single person or retired couple to house-sit for the months of September to the end of October, 2023 for a seaside cottage in Tathra. Large expansive gardens and within walking distance to all major facilities., e.g. IGA, Bottle Shop, Post Office, Cafes and Beach.
Require house-sitters to feed and care for 4 small cockatiels in a large aviary and water the garden. Some small mowing of lawns is also required. Power and outside Toilet provided but no shower facilities.
Would suit someone with a Caravan or Camping Trailer. Tathra has the last remaining Timber Wharf on the east coast of Australia and the area is very picturesque.
