This celebration and commemoration of Cobar’s miners and proud mining history kicks off with a service to remember the region’s lost miners. It will include a Guard of Honour, wreath laying, guest speakers, and music. Other activities across the weekend include cemetery tours, markets, fireworks, and a Trade Show offering mining and trade stalls, mining demonstrations, music, and food and drinks.
