The Darwin Lions Beer Can Regatta is an annual event not to be missed! Where else can you watch creatively handmade boats made of cans, plastic bottles and cartons float (or sink!) along the beach. There are plenty of other activities s well to make for a fun day out. The day includes individual and team boat races, as well as sandcastle building, thong throwing competitions, Ironman and other races and many other beach shenanigans.
