The most remote music festival on the planet will take place under the open skies of Australia’s Simpson Desert for one last time. A stellar collection of top Australian artists and bands – including Missy Higins, The Living End, Birds of Tokyo, Leo Sayer, Kate Ceberano, The Whitlams, Jessica Mauboy, Troy Cassar-Daley, Shannon Noll, and the Hoodoo Gurus – will be playing over three days and nights … and rocking the desert. Free camping is available. After 13 years, this will be the last Big Red Bash with organisers saying recent weather challenges and rising costs have made the event too difficult to put together.
