This unique event community event is very much a homespun creation. Now in its 14th year, the festival takes place on 50 acres in a delightful bush setting in Southern Queensland, 20 minutes from Warwick. There is onsite camping, and campfires are welcome. The event will showcase Aussie songwriters, bush poets and balladeers, and features musical styles ranging from celtic and country to bluegrass and choral. There will also be some country comedy, a ukulele school, markets stalls, great bush tucker … and even a doggie parade. This volunteer-run, not-for-profit event has become a well respected platform for up-and-coming artists … and a favourite festival for a growing number of grey nomads!
