See the heavy horses that built our nation. Today’s Clydesdale, Shire, Percheron and Australian Draft breeds all have ancestral roots that stem back to when the first settlers brought their their horses to explore Australia. To relive history there will be working exhibitions and displays of heavy horses in action. There will be beautiful and decorated harness displays, working team ploughing, breed judging and ridden events in dressage and barrel racing. Onsite camping is available.
