The first concert in the Queensland Music Trail concert series kicks off in St George, along the riverbank of the mighty Balonne River. The Oasis Afternoon opens with local custodians welcoming visitors to country with a traditional smoking ceremony before a full day of blues n roots and contemporary folk music featuring Hussy Hicks, Karl S Williams and Jem Cassar-Daley. And the Barleyshakes Duo will also invite all those with voices, instruments, and stories to tell to join in performances and play-alongs. And there will be a chance to eat, drink and socialise
