STEVE SAYS: Travelling Australia? Then expect the unexpected! I love the spontaneity of this. It reeks of simply being in the right place at the right time (at least from a photographic point of view!). The unnatural sky carries a menace that is both frightening and humbling, and should help us all to put our ‘troubles’ into perspective. At the end of the day, we are all at the whim of mighty Mother Nature. I wonder if the photographer took this shot and then leapt in their vehicle and sped off before the dusty ‘end of the world’ descended.
