STEVE SAYS: Great photography is all about seeing something that most others miss. I’m afraid I’m one of those beach-mooching buffoons who would almost have certainly kicked this natural masterpiece into sandy smithereens. Many congratulations to the photographer for being so alert to the wonders around them. It makes me wonder just how many special things I simply ‘miss’ on a daily basis. Fairies in the sand is an apt title for this clever and thoughtful photograph. Hopefully, the image’s sandy subjects sprinkled a little bit of fairy dust over the photographer’s day. They certainly did over mine. Magical!
