Steve says:
The way in which the photographer has caught the sunlight reflecting off the clouds and the water is what makes the shot and gives it a huge amount of interest. The light also serves to accentuate the textures, contrasting the fluffy layered clouds with the relative smoothness of the water. The jetty on the horizon and the island to the right add yet more interest to a truly spectacular piece of photography.
