Back for its third year, this event celebrates everything Dolly Parton. Organisers say the festival is going from sttrngth to strength and they are inviting grey nomads and other visitors to bring on the glitz and glamour that they say is the world’s shiniest and tiniest songbird who has been blessing us with her tunes for more than 60 years.
