This fundraising event offers visitors the chance to regenerate in nature by camping among the birds and the trees, and learning about off-grid living. The event will raise funds to ensure the Cape York Folk Club can put on the Wallaby Creek Festival later this year. Workshops will offer the chance to learn about solar power, smoking meat, identifying plants, bee keeping, bush medicine, spirituality, and much more. There will also be live music, stalls, food, and a communal dinner. Tickets can be purchased by donating through the donate button on the www.wallabycreekfestival.org.au website and can also be purchased at the gate with a recommended donation of $50- $100 per adult.
